1. **Booking Window:** All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

2. **Payment Requirements:** 
   - **Website Bookings:** Full payment is required at the time of booking.
   - **Bookings via WhatsApp, Text, Call, or Email:** A $50 USD safety/guarantee deposit is required to secure your reservation.

3. **Cancellation and Refunds:**
   - Full refunds will be issued if a cancellation is made due to bad weather conditions or if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
   - Please note that cancellations due to no-shows or sickness are not eligible for refunds.

4. **Rescheduling:** Any cancellations, regardless of the reason, can be rescheduled for a different date and time.
